Fly the Flag for Human Rights is a campaign developed by art and human rights organisations to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights created in 1948 after the atrocities of the war.
Launched on 10 December, the campaign is an invitation to all civic society, including schools and care homes, town halls and office blocks, hospitals and libraries across the UK to 'fly the flag' in summer 2019.
Held at Sadler's Wells, one of the co-producers of the project, this talk will mark the start of the "Fly The Flag" week (24-30 June 2019).
