National Theatre of Scotland: Scenes for Survival

Online, -, Italy

Tuesday, November 10, 2020 - 19:00 to Sunday, November 15, 2020 - 20:00

In this second chapter of FOG, Triennale Milano Teatro inaugurates a new online focus on video with the Scenes for Survival project: a season consisting of over 50 digital theatrical works, created by the National Theatre of Scotland in response to the COVID-19 epidemic that forced us into the house in recent months.

Each work has been exceptionally made in quarantine by a creative team consisting of a performer, a playwright and a director. The works involved over 100 artists, who also personally took care of the shooting. In line with its international vocation, and thanks to the collaboration with the British Council, Triennale Milano Teatro chooses to broadcast a selection of nine of these short films on its channels, opening an unprecedented window on the lockdown in Scotland.

The first screening, online on 10 November, will be accompanied by a short presentation of the project and a Cultural Salon.

The short films will remain visible until 20 November.
