Report on the civic role of arts organisations needs the sector's feedback

Charitable organisation The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation has released phase one of a report on how arts organisations can fulfill their civic role.

The report hopes to help build awareness, potential and best practice of the civic role of arts organisations nationwide. It asks for consultation and feedback from the arts community. It also provides case studies of "inspiring practice" from Battersea Arts Centre, Duckie, Entelechy Arts, LIFT, the Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art (mima), National Theatre Wales, Roundhouse and more.

Download and read the report below. You can give feedback through the survey or via email at civicrolearts@gulbenkian.org.uk.
